Been looking for a solid way to get the Honda cb650 carbs sync'd up solid and Josh over at Wrench Works found this tool on ebay http://tinyurl.com/y4636cf. This should take care of the issue of the carbs along with the new jets rolling in from Atlanta via motorcyclecarbs.com. But in the best interest of anyone that is DIY and into cafe bikes, I found this link based upon building yer own vacuum tester.
