RIP - Peter Steele of Type O Negative & Carnivore

Luckily I was able to see Type O a couple of years ago on one of their tours. Hadn't seen them since around 94 with Pantera, which was one hell of a show. No matter how ya shake it, whether you are into the vampiric side of their metal or whether you were a diehard for Peter's original band Carnivore, his vocal presence was truly defining. The thundering baritone outclassed other singers in it's distinctive pitch as well as haunting melodies. This two'fer is for you Peter, thanks for the memories!
