As a music label, merch production company and diehard music fan there are many reasons for us to be at Muddy Roots Music Festival. From the welcoming atmosphere and positive vibe, to the vast array of friends that we have made directly from the festival itself. But ultimately the reason we go, is that being a part of a great music scene requires much more than just enjoying the tunes. It is about the individual people you meet, the camaraderie, the late night conversations that seem to linger on for a few years and the proof in the puddin' of a notion is that to have a real music scene, you have to be a part of it. Who cares if your band is not playing, go be a part of something bigger than any individual and contribute to a scene that only requires you to show up and have a good time. Stop by the booth and have a beer or twenty with us!

Moonrunners 2014 Music Festival Lineup Announced
"Why, yes, we are only three months out of our inaugural
festival, but, if you recall, the end of July 2012 was the exact time we
announced the lineup for the 2013 Festivities. We prefer to announce it
early as possible, for the fact that many of the fans will be traveling
from out of state, and will need to make flight and hotel reservations.
Plus, we are a bit excited!
Because the first Festival was so amazing and well attended,
we here at MoonRunners decided to expand the festival to two days in
2014.
It will once again take place at the VERY intimate and great
venue, Reggie's in Chicago, IL. We recieved a few offers from larger
venues in the area, but the hospitality and kindness that Reggie's
showed us this year made it an obvious choice for 2014. Everything went
so well. Every member on the Reggie's staff was top notch and made sure
that everyone had a great experience.
MoonRunners Music Festival II will take place over two
nights, on April 25th and 26th, 2014. Tickets will be $80 for a two day
pass. That is a steal if you know the size of the venue, and take into
consideration this years lineup. We will have hotel options once again,
and tickets will go on sale on November 1st through Ticketfly.com.
Again, 2014 will sell out QUICK! This year, many folks were
left out and traveled many miles in hopes of getting a ticket outside
the door. It did not work! Get your tickets ASAP. So, with no further delay.... Here is the INITIAL lineup for
MoonRunners Music Festival 2014.... One more headliner will be announced
before tickets go on sale!
We are so proud to bring a country music legend, and original Outlaw to MoonRunners Music Festival 2014, as the headlining act will be....."

Heavy Rebel 2012 Was A Damn Good Time
When we set up our booth at Heavy Rebel every year, it makes us damn proud to be able to talk on all the new projects, the great bands we work with and most of all to be able to hang with so many cool folks. This year was another scorcher of a good time. Whether it be wandering the streets checking out the rides, talking shop in our DIY booth lounge or just catching as many bands as we can, the good times are always at hand.
Huge shout out to Courtney, Dave and Mike for putting on such a great event and most of all to everyone that hung out in our booth or we shared drinks with. The list is long and strong, so to all of yall, cant wait for the next time around. Maybe next year we won't have to get keep getting kicked out of the hotel pool at 5am every morning either.
Some sttand out sets that we were able to catch: American Speedway, Peewee Moore, Cutthroat Shamrock, Southbound Turnaround, Dielectrics, Carolina Still and Kenneth Brian

Deus Festival Of The V-Twin
For all of yall stuck underneath a rock, there is quite a bit going on down under that damn near smokes what is happenin' in the US. Not saying that they could ever over take us, hehe, but damn if they don't put a good spin on all that is motor culture and for that they are brethren we could welcome into the shop anytime.
There is a great company thriving down there called Deus and they have made a solid footprint for themselves in "core" culture and are readily involved in motorcycles and surf circles, while also putting on great events. Take a look at a few of the photos we snagged from their viewable pdf aptly called the Festival Of The V-Twin. Dig into what they are doing as we hope to get down under on tour and will surely be looking these folks up.
